No, you get access to our software and services for one price. Tropic embeds our services into our solution so you can leverage our team of negotiation experts when it makes sense for your business.

Can I add multiple users to my account?

Yes, Tropic does not charge on a per user license basis, so you can add as many users to your Tropic instance as you’d like.

How long does it take to set up my account?

Because we help you build your contract repository and design an ideal purchasing process, the end to end process typically takes 4-6 weeks. To minimize the time impact to you and your team, each step in our implementation process takes a few hours max.

Do I need to hire a third party implementation specialist?

No, Tropic has a team of in-house experts that provide a white glove service to get you up and running quickly and smoothly.

Do you provide customer support?

Yes, we offer in-app support, email support, and a comprehensive help center. Customers are also assigned an implementation consultant during onboarding and an account manager ongoing.
