When vendors are incentivized to push one supplier over another, trust vanishes. That's why we created our Supplier Code of Ethics, to remove bias from our platform, data, and services.

No kickbacks, no pay-to-play, no funny business

While most negotiation services, review websites, and “trusted” advisory firms quietly profit from both sides of the market, we pledge to never take a dollar in partner kickbacks or referral commissions.

Never buy a tool you don’t need

A deal isn’t a deal if you didn’t need the tool in the first place. Since referrals are not a source of revenue, we’ll never push you into a bad purchase. We don’t guarantee sales for suppliers or have quotas to hit.

Our ethics help you get the lowest SaaS prices

SaaS suppliers are paying partners up to 50% commission on first-year agreements. Our ethics allow us to shift those fees into your pocket as savings. We call this Tropic Deals, which helps us deliver the lowest SaaS prices in the market.
